The light steel wall structure system, composed of light steel ribbed beams and columns and a composite building envelope, boasts excellent physical performance, a short construction period, and good insulation, making it a new type of green, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly building structure system.

1. Foundation System: Light steel structure houses are lightweight, weighing only about one-fifth of brick-concrete structures and one-eighth of reinforced concrete structures. This significantly reduces foundation construction costs; strip foundations are generally sufficient for light steel structure houses.

① Light steel structure's lightweight design greatly reduces foundation engineering costs;

② Moisture-proof foundation design effectively prevents moisture and harmful gases from intruding;

③ Reasonable anchoring methods ensure a reliable connection between the foundation and the main structure.

2. Wall System: The exterior wall system is generally between 120-200mm thick. Due to the thin walls, light steel structure houses increase usable area by approximately 10%-15% compared to traditional houses, and increase indoor usable area by over 90%, allowing for flexible partitioning of interior space. Pipelines can be concealed within pre-drilled holes in walls, floors, and roof components, offering excellent aesthetics.

① Walls are filled with fiberglass wool, providing excellent thermal insulation, heat insulation, and sound insulation.

② Breathable, waterproof paper effectively regulates indoor humidity, enhancing comfort and preventing mold growth within the walls.

③ Pipelines are embedded within the walls, saving interior space.

3. Floor System: The floor system is constructed from high-strength hot-dip galvanized C-shaped and U-shaped light steel components. Floor beams are arranged with closely spaced ribs according to standard modules. The beams are covered with structural panels that have undergone rigorous moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant treatment, forming a robust and earthquake-resistant floor system.

① The combination of structural panels and floor beams ensures strength and stability.

② Various water and electrical pipelines are concealed within the floor structure, not affecting building height.

③ Fiberglass wool is filled in the interlayer, providing significant thermal insulation, heat insulation, and sound absorption.

4. Roofing System: The roof trusses are assembled from various light steel components, typically triangular or T-shaped, allowing for easy and flexible creation of complex roof designs. The roof is usually covered with colorful asphalt shingles, offering excellent waterproofing and enhancing both aesthetics and quality.

① Composite roofing provides rain protection, weather resistance, and heat insulation, enabling a wide variety of designs;

② Ventilation circulation design ensures consistently fresh air.

5. Structural Components: All structural components are made of high-strength galvanized steel, ensuring the building's lifespan. All structural components are precision-machined and cold-pressed on a factory assembly line, with dimensional accuracy measured in millimeters-a level of precision unmatched by other structures.
