Shaftless Stair Lift

Product Overview

The Shaftless Stair Lift is a compact residential traction lift with guide rails on both sides of the car and a steel-belt drive. It can be used in detached villas, townhouses, duplexes, rural self-built homes and renovated split-level residences, indoors or outdoors, when the building does not have space for a conventional large elevator shaft.

Core Advantages

Symmetrical Dual-Rail Guidance

Two guide rails are positioned symmetrically on the two sides of the car. During regular starts, stops and travel between floors, this balanced support limits one-sided movement and helps keep the car path stable.

Steel-Belt Traction Drive

The lift uses a steel-belt traction drive designed for lower operating noise than traditional drive arrangements. That matters in villa halls or installations close to bedrooms and living areas, where frequent daily trips can otherwise add noticeable mechanical noise.

0.7 m² Minimum Area for 1-5 Floors

The lift serves one to five floors with up to 15 m of lifting height and needs a minimum installation area of about 0.7 m². This gives retrofit projects with limited floor space more options for placing the vertical route.

Customization

Installation Position

Depending on the building layout, the lift can be installed in a pre-reserved shaft, a villa lobby or an outdoor position.

Interior Package

Visible cabin options include interior decoration, ceiling choices, marble or PVC flooring and optional armrests.

Quality Control

The factory holds ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14000 Environmental Management System certifications. The factory has raw-material storage, laser cutting, CNC machining, bending and forming, automatic bending and welding for door panels, and spray-finishing areas. Equipment maintenance and written work instructions are included in the normal quality-control process. Finished products receive 100% inspection before packing and final release for shipment. Third-party inspection is accepted.
