Permanent-Magnet Motor with Stepless Variable-Frequency Control

The door operator uses a permanent-magnet synchronous motor with stepless variable-frequency control. The controller can change door speed during opening, deceleration and final closing instead of running the panels at one fixed rate.

 
 
 

Center-Opening Layout for Efficient Passage

With a center-opening layout, the two door panels move away from the center at the same time. Because each panel travels a shorter distance than one full-width panel, the usable doorway can clear more quickly in residential passenger service.

 
 
 

Rolling-Pulley Side-Opening Mechanism

The side-opening version uses a fixed base plate, drive assembly, synchronous door-knife assembly and hanger plate. Rolling pulleys move along the guide rail. Where the car has asymmetric or restricted doorway geometry, panel travel is concentrated toward one side while the sliding path remains controlled.

The door system can use either a center-opening or side-opening mechanism, depending on the car and landing-door layout.

Mechanical Interface

Base-plate position, hanger arrangement, belt path, door-knife interface and panel travel can be matched to the approved door-system geometry.
