A Landing Door is the floor-level elevator door assembly that separates the shaft from the corridor or residential hall at each landing. It is used on villa elevators and other elevator projects that need painted steel, stainless-steel or decorative door panels sized and finished to match the entrance.

Cold-Rolled Steel with Baked Powder-Coat Finish

Cold-rolled steel panels go through pickling, degreasing and rust removal before spray coating, high-temperature baking and curing. At entrances that are touched and cleaned frequently or exposed to humidity, the cured coating protects the steel surface from routine wear and corrosion.

304/443 Stainless Steel for High-Use Entrances

Stainless-steel versions use 304 or 443 material with mirror or hairline finishes. The listed service-life reference is 20-30 years under normal use, which suits residential landing entrances that are cleaned and touched frequently.

Customization

Color & Powder Texture

Standard colors include white, pink and blue. Metallic powder textures are also available for a more decorative surface.

Stainless Finish

Mirror and hairline stainless-steel finishes are available, with the choice based on the required appearance and cleaning preference.

Decorative Surface

For 304 stainless-steel doors, decorative surface options include sandblasting, etching, electroplating and anti-fingerprint treatment.

Coated doors follow a set surface-preparation and finishing sequence: pickling, degreasing, rust removal, spray coating and high-temperature curing. Stainless-steel versions use specified material grades and finish routes. Quality control includes inspection during production and a final inspection before shipment. Third-party inspection is accepted.
